By accessing this website, booking a service, or downloading any resource offered by Love Apple Coaching, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services Provided
Love Apple Coaching offers coaching, workshops, digital programs, hypnosis, NLP, and brainspotting services for personal development and wellbeing. These services are not a replacement for professional mental health care, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantees
Every client’s journey is unique. While our programs are designed for transformation, results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own commitment, engagement, and personal circumstances.

3. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital, coaching, and therapeutic nature of the offerings, refunds are not issued once services or materials have been accessed.

4. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are emotionally and mentally stable enough to participate in coaching, hypnosis, NLP, and personal development work. You take personal responsibility for any decisions or changes made as a result of the services.

5. Age Requirement
Services are available only to individuals 18 years or older unless written permission is provided by a parent or guardian.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including downloads, videos, methods, scripts, training materials, and branding — remains the copyright of Love Apple Coaching. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

7. Session Cancellations
24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, but are written to be compatible with US legal expectations for international clients.
