Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the coaching services provided by Love Apple Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you" or "your"). By booking and participating in our coaching sessions, you agree to these terms. 2. Services We offer coaching sessions both online (internationally) and in person (locally in the UK). Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal and professional growth but does not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice. 3. Booking and Payments Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required before the session unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (for in-person sessions). Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your session. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations be charged in full. If we need to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time. 5. Refund Policy Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable. Payments for coaching packages are also non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, it must be used within the agreed timeframe. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us to discuss your concerns. 6. Accountability and Results Coaching is a partnership, and your progress depends on your commitment and effort. You are solely responsible for implementing strategies, taking action, and making progress. We will not be held liable for any lack of progress or results. 7. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others). 8. Liability You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after coaching. We are not liable for any outcomes, business losses, or personal consequences resulting from coaching sessions. 9. Code of Conduct We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of coaching services without a refund. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
